The 5 Star Aqua Divers ITC Master Dive Center is located in the north of the island, a conveniently short drive away from Phuket International Airport. The drive through a beautiful landscape, with a view of lush rain forest vegetation, picturesque hills, and impressive granite rocks, reaches the dive center in this unique luxury resort in a mere 15 minutes.

Luciano, Managing Director of the resort and our friend, complements the Thai hospitality with his own Italian flavour to make every visitor's wishes come true.

The Aqua Divers Andaman Dive Center on a stretch of white, sandy beach, just about 20m (60 ft) away from the water, likewise strives to let every visitor enjoy an unforgettable experience on tropical Phuket. The Aqua Divers boats are moored directly on the private beach, ready to take you to the fascinating reefs around the resort.

Diving in the swimming-pool of the resort (free of charge) with professional, multi-lingual dive instructors is a daily fun, in particular for kids who can later hone their underwater skills in diving courses specially designed for the younger family members.

The Dive Center emphasizes strict adherence to safety standards and is equipped with the latest in diving gear and related facilities. With Aqua Divers, you can take u/w digital camera service, dive computer rental, u/w scooter rental, and Nitrox (Enriched Air) diving for granted.

Apart from diving, Aqua Divers offers various other sports and fun activities for exciting holidays on the beach.

Watersport Activities

Daily snorkeling trips, windsurfing, buggyboarding, canoe rental. The long-tail boats moored in front of the dive center take divers and snorkelers alike in just 5-15 minutes into the fascinating underwater world of the reefs around the resort.

Every one of these various dive spots is well worth seeing. At a depth of 6-30m (18-90 ft), the gardens of stone corals and soft corals are home to a rich diversity of marine life. Colorful schools of fish, rays, turtles, squids, and a multitude of other inhabitants make these dive spots a special attraction for divers. Several species of nudibranch and other rare creatures like the Ornate Ghostpipefish (lat: Solenostomus paradoxus) can regularly be here spotted and delight underwater naturalists and photographers alike.

The dive center, managed by Caroline Boysen, is integrated into the architecture of the Andaman White Beach Resort. The Andaman White Beach Resort is one of the latest high-class resorts on Phuket. The luxury resort is located on a remote sandy beach at Nai Thorn Beach, with a view of the Andaman Sea. Unobstrusively integrated in a palm tree forest, it could be the perfect place for shooting a film in a tropical, exotic setting. In fact, there have been film shootings, e.g. The Beach and The Quest.

The idyllic atmosphere and the romantic beach are unique on Phuket. As an Aqua Diver, you get to enjoy the culinary specialties of Thailand while sitting on the beach and gazing at the sea. After dinner time, many divers like to have a Mai Thai Cocktail or a decompression beer at the hotel's family-friendly COCONUT - BAR, right next to the large swimming-pool.

SAFTEY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

AQUA DIVERS values nothing more than the safety of our customers and our staff! That is the only thing that takes precedence over having fun and working hard to give you a satisfying diving experience.

With AQUA DIVERS, you will never dive without a detailed briefing, or without an alternative air supply (regulator with two second stages). Routinely, we do check dives for the safety of our customers. Medic First Aid and oxygen are supplied in every AQUA DIVERS dive center and on all day trip boats. Just in case - it is good to know that there are several decompression chambers in Phuket.

Apart from our extensive diving programme we organize monthly Beach Clean Ups in cooperation with the CMAS Thailand Beach Cleaning Programme.

The AQUA DIVERS Andaman Dive Center is open all-year-round. Diving at the house reefs is only available during the main season from October thru May. Dive trips to Phuket's classic dive destinations, like KOH DOK MAI, SHARKPOINT, ANEMONE REEF, RACHA ISLANDS, and PHI PHI ISLANDS, are available all-year-round.

BOATS

All boats were designed as dive boats. They are equipped with up-to-date navigational aids and communications facilities which allow steady contact to shore. Our boats are among the most comfortable on Phuket.

SAFETY

All boats carry oxygen. Emergency plans are kept ready, and the multi-lingual dive instructors are trained in medic first aid. All the more reason to feel safe with us!
